Paint scratched off in several small places (see photos).
Platform (top of bike rack) measures 14 inches from reflector to curved end. The area on the platform from one end of the 3 bars to the other end of the 3 bars is 10.5 inches.
The width at the top back of the platform measures 4.5 inches wide where the reflector is and widens to 6.5 inches at the bottom. The width at the top front of the platform measures 5.5 inches wide and widens to 6.5 inches at the bottom.
Arms are adjustable (turn side to side) and slide up and down.
